  • Do I always need to submit a quote to purchase printed or blank cups?
  • No, you can order directly off our website! Once the order has been placed, one of our representatives will reach out to you within one business day to confirm it’s been processed.
  • How can I order custom printed cups?
  • Head on over to our “custom printed” section to view the selection and pricing of our items! You can upload your art file online on the product page as you check-out or email with your art file for evaluation.

    After submitting your artwork, one of our representatives will reach out with an art proof or to request further information about your design.
  • How do I get in touch with you for my orders?
  • You can reach us at or call 1-866-641-5900. We’re open on weekdays from 9 am – 5 pm EST.
  • What are your lead times for printed and blank orders?
  • The standard lead time for custom printed cups under 5,000 units is 7 - 10 work days from approval and prepayment (transit time will depend on location).

    For orders that are 5,000 units and over, the standard lead time is 10 – 15 work days from approval and prepayment (transit time will depend on location).

    For blank orders, we can usually ship them out between 1-3 work days after receiving approvals and prepayment. This may vary depending on stock levels.

  • What are your custom print order minimums? Do you charge plate and set-up fees?
  • We cover the first 2 colors for printed cups (and an additional $80 for each additional color). We even cover two-sided printing for free!

    Below are our order minimums for printed cups (applies per item/per design):

    Color Minimums
    1 Color Logo = Minimum 100 pieces
    2 Color Logo = Minimum 5,000 pieces
    3-4 Color Logo = Minimum 10,000 pieces
  • Do the lids come with the cups when I’m placing my order?
  • Lids are sold separately and can be ordered to match your choice of cups.
  • If we have our own cup supply, could we give it to you for printing?
  • All custom-printed designs can only be printed on our cups as we have specific tooling designed for our printers. As different cups require different tooling, we would not be able to use cups from elsewhere to print on.
  • Do you offer rush services and what’s the cost?
  • That’s the spirit! Just like how you would like your cups as soon as possible, we want to print it as quickly as possible.

    Through our rush services, we can prioritize your order in our print schedule if you’ve got an event coming up. We don’t charge production rush fees. However, expedited shipping costs may apply depending on your deadline.
